Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Dallas, GA

This on-site position is based at a single school location near Dallas, GA, beginning July 27, 2026 through May 28, 2027, with a full-time schedule. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required, with eligibility for Clinical Fellow Year (CFY)
- Active, valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GA PSC) credential (new requirement)
- State licensure to practice as an SLP in Georgia
- Current, active credential with the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Ability to successfully complete fingerprinting and drug screening in a timely fashion
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with middle and/or high school populations preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 45–55 students
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
- Participate in school-based meetings and professional development activities
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet the unique needs of each student
