Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Cavalier, North Dakota

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for or possession of a state SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Acceptance into or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY status)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
- Commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience a plus, but not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students individually and in groups
- Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders in accordance with school guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Engage in ongoing learning and supervision to fulfill CFY requirements
