Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license
- Masters Level in Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
- Ability to work with K-12 students
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
- Provide tailored therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to support communication development
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate and compliant records in accordance with school and district standards
- Participating in IEP meetings, consultations, and professional development opportunities
- Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth through effective and compassionate communication strategies

Compensation for this position ranges from $38 - $52. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
