Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lancaster, PA
Soliant Education is actively recruiting a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite assignment in Lancaster, Pennsylvania for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers the opportunity to work with an elementary-aged population while partnering with educators and families to support student growth and communication success.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Student Population: Elementary School
Employment Status: W-2
Pay Range: $45–$60 per hour, depending on experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver speech and language interventions tailored to individual student needs
Perform assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify communication challenges
Develop therapy goals and contribute to IEP development and implementation
Track student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with school and state requirements
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
Ability to meet all district hiring requirements and clearances
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
