- Current eligibility or pending licensure for Pennsylvania SLP (Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Strong desire to work with school-aged children, ranging from elementary to high school
- Commitment to professional growth and ability to accept supervision/mentoring as part of CFY requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative approach to working with students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students exhibiting speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group settings
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and document outcomes
- Consult with teaching staff and families to support classroom integration and communication development
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development opportunities
