Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience providing speech-language therapy in a school setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for communication disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation for student progress, evaluations, and compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute knowledgeably to student care plans
- Offer resources and training for staff and families to support student outcomes
