- Previous experience with school-aged children is highly valued

- Ability to design, implement, and adapt therapy plans based on individual needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of students to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services, both individually and in group settings
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, document services provided, and monitor progress toward goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and professional development as needed
- Provide resources and support to families and teaching staff to facilitate skill carryover
