- Previous experience in school settings is valued but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy services and classroom-based interventions in collaboration with teachers
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and consult with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and resources to educators and families to support carryover of skills
