Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. This full-time, hourly position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive school environment, providing services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and compliance records
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
Provide direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with student needs
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility for licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CF candidates welcome to apply)
Previous school-based experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Position Details:
Full-time schedule aligned with the school calendar
Hourly pay (competitive rates based on experience)
Weekly hours: approximately 35–40 hours
Caseload: K–12 students (specifics to be discussed during interview)
