What We’re Looking For:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification (or eligible; CFYs welcome to apply)
- Maryland State SLP license, or willingness to obtain prior to start
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech/language disorders
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and IEP compliance
What You'll Do:
- Conduct student evaluations, screenings, and assessments for speech and language needs
- Develop and implement engaging, individualized therapy sessions (pull-out and push-in, as appropriate)
- Document progress toward IEP goals and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other specialists
- Provide intervention and programming for a diverse K-12 caseload
- Maintain thorough records to ensure student growth and regulatory compliance
