Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Active South Carolina LLR license
- South Carolina Educator Certificate
- Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable delivering services onsite (no remote options)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Role Highlights:
- Manage a targeted caseload of 40 elementary students; develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and team collaborations
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate closely with teachers and school staff to maximize student success
- Maintain timely records and ensure all compliance protocols are met
