Hours: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Caseload: 40–60 Elementary Students (Grades K–4), including specialized populations with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Cognitive Impairments (CI)
We are hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite position supporting elementary-grade students (K–4) in Casco, Michigan. Running for the full school year through June 2027, this role features a convenient 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily schedule working with general elementary IEP students as well as specialized ASD and CI programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and diagnostics for K–4 students.
Write detailed evaluation reports and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Deliver direct individual and small-group therapy addressing language delays, articulation, pragmatics, and AAC systems.
Track objective student progress, write goal updates, and facilitate annual IEP meetings.
Collaborate closely with special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents.
Requirements:
Licensure: Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License.
Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Clinical Credentials: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFYs with strong ASD/CI pediatric experience welcomed to apply).
