Qualifications and Experience Needed:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience in pediatric care or working with school-aged children
  • Strong skills in both onsite and teletherapy service delivery
  • Clinical expertise in evaluating and treating a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in compliance with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students’ academic and social growth
  • Provide direct therapy services, both in-person or through virtual platforms as applicable
  • Maintain timely and thorough documentation of services provided
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with best practices in the field
