Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Indianapolis, IN

Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology licensure and certification (CCC or CFY)
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to deliver effective therapy via teletherapy platforms as well as onsite
- Strong clinical knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Eagerness to support students with diverse needs and backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals
- Provide engaging therapy sessions both in-person and through virtual modalities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services delivered
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and parent conferences as needed
- Coordinate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress
- Monitor student performance and adapt interventions as necessary
