Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or candidates working towards CCC (CFY considered)
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in an elementary school setting
- Knowledge of or interest in school-based and teletherapy service delivery models
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, collaborative approach to student care
Your Role:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-5 students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Document progress, participate in parent meetings, and coordinate care plans
- Contribute to a culture of inclusivity and support for all students
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in SLP and educational interventions
