- Strong collaboration skills and a passion for working with elementary-aged children

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary students individually or in small groups
- Assess, develop, and implement IEPs in partnership with educators and families
- Document progress and maintain accurate student records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development sessions
- Foster student confidence and communication through innovative interventions
