You’ll primarily support a secondary caseload, with the added potential of working with older elementary students, based on the evolving needs of the student body. Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Comfortable conducting group and individual therapy sessions
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to enhance speech, language, and communication abilities
- Administer evaluations and develop, implement, and revise IEPs
- Collaborate with school staff and families to track progress and support students holistically
- Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings related to student caseload
