Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Active CCC-SLP certification (Clinical Certificate of Competence required)
  • Current California state credential (CTC required)
  • Previous experience working in California public schools
  • Recent experience managing caseloads at the elementary level
  • Must be able to work onsite (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
  • Able to commit to a .5 FTE schedule for the school year
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • SLPA supervision is not required or part of this position at this time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to elementary students
  • Conduct standard assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
  • Consult collaboratively with educators and families to foster student achievement
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with state and district policies
  • Participate in on-site meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
