Qualifications and Requirements:

- Current California state credential (CTC required)
- Previous experience working in California public schools
- Recent experience managing caseloads at the elementary level
- Must be able to work onsite (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
- Able to commit to a .5 FTE schedule for the school year
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- SLPA supervision is not required or part of this position at this time
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech and language services to elementary students
- Conduct standard assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
- Consult collaboratively with educators and families to foster student achievement
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with state and district policies
- Participate in on-site meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
