Pediatric Speech Pathology - Cambridge, MN

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Open to both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs
- Pediatric and school-based experience is a plus but not required
- Effective communicator with a passion for working in diverse educational settings
- Willingness to collaborate and support students at all stages of development
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services for students with varied communication needs
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and communication with families
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other specialists to support student success
- Serve as a resource on communication disorders for staff and caretakers
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to school initiatives
