School Speech Language Pathologist - Cambridge, Maryland

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current, valid SLP license in the state of Maryland (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CF) will be considered
- Experience in school-based settings highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments for students
- Develop and deliver effective intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to monitor progress and adjust goals as needed
- Maintain timely documentation for assessments, progress reports, and IEPs
- Participate in school-based meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide consultative support and education to classroom teachers and staff
