Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cambridge, MA
Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students during the Extended School Year (ESY) program as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the vibrant Cambridge, MA area. Work with K-12 students from July 6, 2025, through August 7, 2025, Monday through Friday, with a structured 6-hour day totaling 30 hours per week.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous experience working with K-12 students in educational settings
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress reporting
- Safe Care Certification is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ goals
- Address a variety of speech, language, and communication needs within the classroom and individual sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely records as required by the program
- Participate in ESY team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
