Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active state CTC credential required
- Experience working with high school populations preferred
- Proficient with SIRAS IEP software, or comfortable learning new digital systems
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and support services for high school students with communication needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor student IEP goals in alignment with district standards
- Collaborate with faculty, families, and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive student planning
- Maintain thorough, timely records in SIRAS
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise on speech and language concerns
- Promote student participation and self-advocacy across the school environment
