Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy to students
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support speech/language development and academic progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, attendance, and service logs in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team activities
- Adapt therapy techniques and materials to meet diverse student needs within the classroom and individually
