What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Active state licensure as an SLP in Minnesota
- Experience with school-aged children in a K-12 setting highly preferred
- Ability to manage a dynamic caseload of 20–40 students, including those in setting 4
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP development, data collection, and progress monitoring
Your Role will Include:
- Conducting evaluations, assessments, and diagnosing speech/language disorders
- Providing direct therapy services to students with various communication needs
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and family members to support student progress
- Documenting student progress and maintaining compliance with district and state regulations
- Flexibility to support students at one primary educational center
