Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or valid credentials as an SLPA
- Active state licensure for Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA CCCs welcomed, as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- Experience in school-based or teletherapy environments preferred
- SLPA candidates should have relevant school or healthcare background
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
- Comfort with both onsite and virtual service delivery settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s goals
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in person or via teletherapy platforms
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
- Provide consultation and training to educational staff as needed
