Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs
- Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans based on students’ speech and language goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in meetings regarding student IEPs
- Adapt therapy methods to meet the specific needs of students in special education settings
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification (CCC preferred)
- Experience working in K-12 school environments
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and effective intervention techniques
- Ability to manage a caseload of 30-40 students efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
