Position 1: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Burnsville, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 am – 4:15 pm | 37.5 hours/week
Duration: ASAP to End of School Year
Caseload: Approximately 65 students, including those in center-based programming
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized speech and language services aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication development
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
Qualifications: - Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (SLP-CCC)
- Active Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) school certification
- Experience supporting diverse student caseloads in school environments
Additional Information: Part-time vocational SLP opportunities may be available; hours to be determined.
Position 2: Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist (Birth to Age 2)
Location: Minnesota (home-based services)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm | 37.5 hours/week
Duration: ASAP to 6/30/2026
Caseload: Approximately 12 children served on Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits (15–18 per week) to deliver speech and language intervention services
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IFSP goals
- Address developmental delays with a family-centered approach
Qualifications: - Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (SLP-CCC)
- Experience providing early intervention services for children with developmental delays
- Ability to manage caseload and travel to home locations efficiently
