Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible SLP license for the state of Wyoming
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY applicants will be considered
- Proven ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Experience delivering both individual and group therapy sessions in a school setting
- Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and adaptable to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Write comprehensive evaluation reports and participate in IEP meetings
- Design and provide evidence-based therapy for a caseload of school-aged children
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
