Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible state license (SLP) and ASHA CCCs preferred; CFYs welcome to apply
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly desired
- Proficiency with assessment and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations to identify areas of need
- Develop individualized therapy plans and measurable student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development and review of student plans
- Educate and coach teachers and families on strategies for supporting student communication development
