As the dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the duration of the leave, you will manage a manageable caseload of 35 students, providing a variety of speech and language services. Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLP licensure required
- Experience with school-aged populations preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication and record-keeping skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services for a caseload of 35 students
- Evaluate, plan, and document interventions aligned with each student’s IEP

- Monitor progress and adjust therapy as appropriate
- Maintain accurate documentation per district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed during your assignment
