Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in working with K-12th grade students in a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students referred for speech, language, voice, or fluency concerns
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ specific needs
- Provide direct therapy services both individually and in small groups, using evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
- Maintain timely and accurate progress documentation and participate in regular IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families to promote student support across educational settings
