School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Bulls Gap, Tennessee

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each student's goals
- Facilitate engaging therapy sessions targeting articulation, fluency, language, and social communication
- Maintain precise progress notes and documentation in line with school and state standards
- Collaborate closely with educators, specialists, and families to foster a coordinated approach to care
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students’ speech-language progress
- Educate families on strategies to support communication development beyond the classroom
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
- Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology state licensure
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) seeking school-based experience
- Previous exposure to pediatric or school-aged populations is strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
