Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
  • Current state licensure or the ability to obtain state licensure
  • Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience or interest in K–12 school environments
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative SLP services to students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
  • Maintain accurate records to support compliance with state and federal requirements
  • Adapt therapy and communication strategies to a diverse student body
  • Participate in parent meetings, team conferences, and staff professional development
  • Travel between school sites, if applicable, with stipend support
