Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Holds, or is eligible for, state SLP licensure
- SLP-CCC and SLP-CF applicants welcome
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Passion for helping children and adolescents achieve their communication goals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive classroom environments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and service delivery
- Offer guidance and resources to families and educators to maximize student outcomes
- Attend meetings and participate in school-based committees as needed
