Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active, state-approved Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations strongly favored
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions to help students achieve their speech and language goals
- Closely monitor student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate records
- Consult and collaborate with a diverse team of specialists, teachers, and school staff to ensure holistic care
- Involve and guide families by providing resources and strategies to support therapy at home
