What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP license (Washington state preferred or willing to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and preschool-aged populations
- Background in school, clinical, or teletherapy settings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and therapy
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for holistic support
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Deliver engaging therapy—in person and via teletherapy when needed
