Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Bryant, AR

Serving a diverse caseload across a range of ages, you'll apply your skills in direct therapy, assessment, and consultation, working both in-person and through teletherapy as needed. Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible state licensure for SLP
- CCC-SLP credentials or qualification as a Clinical Fellow (CFY encouraged to apply)
- Experience in pediatric settings, particularly schools or teletherapy, strongly preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Skilled in working with diverse student populations and collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, creating targeted intervention plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver therapy sessions in group and individual formats, adapting to in-person and virtual (teletherapy) platforms
- Complete documentation, progress monitoring, and report writing in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to foster students’ academic and communication growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development
