Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Wisconsin (or eligible to obtain)
- Experience working with pediatric or K-12 school populations preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy services a plus
- Commitment to collaborative, child-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapy for K-12 students at two separate schools
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and other team professionals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Incorporate best practices from both in-person and teletherapy delivery
