Key Qualifications:
- Current or eligible Wisconsin SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy SLP settings
- Understanding of IEP creation, implementation, and compliance
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency with a range of therapeutic tools and modalities
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services to K-12 students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs
- Travel between two school locations as part of a weekly schedule
- Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Engage in IEP meetings, providing expert input and progress reports
- Adapt therapy modalities to meet in-person and virtual service requirements
