Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure or eligibility in New York
- Pediatric or school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and goals
- Provide direct therapy and consultation services as needed
