You’ll primarily serve a caseload of 12–15 students, working full days over three days per week at an elementary campus.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current CCC-SLP certification and eligibility for Wisconsin licensure
- Demonstrated experience in school-based speech-language pathology
- Background working with pediatric populations
- Proficiency supporting non-verbal students utilizing AAC devices
- Skill in collaborating with general education teachers to integrate both high-tech and low-tech strategies for individualized communication support
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention services for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals targeting functional communication
- Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to best support students’ participation and engagement
- Facilitate AAC use and training for both students and educators
- Document progress, maintain compliance, and participate in meetings with stakeholders as needed
