Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (ASHA CCC-SLP) preferred, or eligible Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Solid skills in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and delivering direct and consultative speech therapy services
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative spirit for working with multidisciplinary teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to each student’s needs and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy using best practices
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to monitor student progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain timely and accurate assessment, therapy, and progress documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary support plans
