Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid and active Washington SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based experience highly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Willingness to work fully on-site (no virtual/remote assignments)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Support student growth across multiple educational settings
