This is a full-time, in-person contract opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) who are passionate about fostering growth and communication skills in a diverse K-12 caseload. Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active Washington SLP license
- ESA certification for Washington
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
- Experience working with school-age children (elementary and K-12 range preferred)
- Ability to organize and prioritize caseload between 48–60 students
- Positive, resourceful approach to teamwork and service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with speech and language needs at two elementary school sites
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow specialists to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with district and state regulatory standards
