Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP state license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Experience working in school settings or with middle school-aged children is desirable
- Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques for diverse learning needs
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy for middle school students
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans and IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and deliver progress reports to educational teams and families
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other staff to ensure optimal student support
- Support ESY services as required by student needs
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with district guidelines and best practices
