Speech-Language Pathologist in Boston, MA

Key Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
- Prior experience in a school-based environment
- Background in assessing, planning, and delivering therapy for K-12 students

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and interventions to students across all grade levels, addressing a variety of speech and language needs
- Develop individualized treatment and education plans in partnership with classroom teachers and administrators
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and document progress towards IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support student achievement
- Offer staff and parent education on strategies to promote language and communication development
