Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license for Massachusetts (SLP MA)
  • CCC or CFY status welcomed
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based SLP preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs
  • Compassion for working with early elementary students

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide evidence-based therapy to students in grades K-2
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and goal setting
  • Design engaging therapy sessions tailored to young children’s needs
  • Track student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
