School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Washington
Job Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based opportunity in Washington! This position offers the chance to work with K-12 students, helping them strengthen their communication skills and achieve their academic goals throughout the school year.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and therapy records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student services.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Washington State SLP license.
- Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification or eligibility.
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a K-12 caseload.
