- Strong teletherapy skills and comfort delivering services virtually
- Ability to manage caseloads and documentation requirements efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and educators
- Adaptability and organization to handle transitions between age groups and needs
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conducting virtual speech, language, and communication assessments
- Delivering targeted therapy sessions, both for high school and certain elementary students
- Creating individual treatment plans and progress reports as required
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support student success
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and professional guidelines
- Participating in virtual IEP meetings and consultations as needed
