School Speech Language Pathologist - Inman, South Carolina

The program uses individualized, multimodal communication strategies, including augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), to empower each child. This position offers a chance to work alongside a highly collaborative, experienced team of seven SLPs, as well as other professionals like PTs, OTs, TVIs, and BCBAs. SLPs here focus purely on providing direct, meaningful services—no case management responsibilities, school duties, or travel required. The role features a 3:1 service delivery workload model, supporting balanced, effective caseload management and professional growth.
What you bring:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and appropriate educator certification.
- SLP-CCC credential preferred.
- Experience supporting students in a school setting, especially those with significant developmental or medical needs, is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and implement AAC techniques. Prior AAC experience is welcome, but not required.
- Collaborative mindset and readiness to be part of an interdisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and deliver speech-language therapy using individualized, evidence-based methodologies.
- Integrate multimodal communication systems tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Participate in professional collaboration with PTs, OTs, TVIs, BCBAs, and fellow SLPs.
- Engage in the 3:1 service model for optimal workload management.
