What You’ll Need:
- Active Florida provisional SLP License (Department of Health)
- Completion of fingerprinting requirements; verification via Florida AHCA Clearinghouse if previously cleared
- Willingness to participate in a prescreen video interview and internal eligibility process
- Strong collaborative, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for serving diverse student populations; experience with PreK, ASD, DHH, and general education caseloads welcomed
- Commitment to delivering personalized therapy in a school-based environment
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students across multiple age groups
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, aligned with IEPs and student goals
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services within classroom and pull-out settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress
- Document sessions, maintain compliance with all district and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development
- Adapt to multiple sites and support varied educational needs, including regular, PreK, ASD, DHH, InD, and Head Start when assigned
